Welcome and ice-breaker introduction
Description
Participants are asked to email a photo that represents their cultural background prior to the conference. Upon arrival, they will find these photos hanging on the wall of the first meeting room. The group will first play a ‘cultural tagging’ game after which participants are asked to tell which photo is theirs. Participants will pick one of the ‘tags’ that best represents their identity and share this with the rest of the group. The goal of this session is to build a more personal connection and give room for cultural differences
Student training 1 (world café with students)
Description
World café is a session where participants are asked to join a table conversation and share their knowledge on a specific topic. It is usually set up in a large room with large tables, each table focusing discussions on 1 idea/topic/issue/solution. Participants are given rounds of 20 minutes per table, after which they are asked to change to another table. A session of 1,5 hours normally consists of 6 tables (topics) and 4 rounds of 20 minutes, including 5 minutes extra for participants to change seats. The goal of the world café is to find like-minded experts within one topic.

Staff Toolkit 1 (spotlight session)
Description
Spotlight Session: a spotlight session is a session where the participants are asked to deliver a 10-minute presentation (including 5 minutes for Q&A). In a spotlight session of 1,5 hours, it is possible to have 8 short presentations (including 10 minutes extra to facilitate speaker changes and maybe a short Q&A at the end). These short presentations are delivered to demonstrate an idea or practice or to highlight and share a particular issue and/or solution. The goal of this session is to offer participants the opportunity to pitch an idea/topic/issue/solution to the other participants, giving a stage to unique and interesting good practices and hoping to find a participant who is willing to co-create a joint module for the Digipass project.
