DIGIPASS 1st Staff Training Week

The Jagiellonian University invites Digipass Partners to discuss and foster ideas on the development of the Digipass Project. The meeting will focus specifically on clarifying the student mobility lifecycle. Therefore, we invite 4 representatives of each of 6 Digipass Institutions (University of Edinburgh, University of Amsterdam, University College Dublin, University of Granada, University of Pavia and the Jagiellonian University of Krakow) dealing with students’ mobility and/or Erasmus+ Programme. In total we will host 24 participants. Moreover, the JU will invite 5 students (4 international – participants of Erasmus+ Programme, and 1 Polish student).

 

The opening of the Staff Week will be held on 13 May 2019 at 9:00 am in the Jagiellonian E-learning Centre.

The Jagiellonian University authorities will welcome all participants.

 

Schedule of the meetings will be as follow:

  • 9:00 – 12:15 first part of the meeting, including a coffee/tea break.
  • 12:15 – 14:00 – lunch (including walk to the restaurant)
  • 14:00 – 16:00 second part of the meeting, a coffee/tea break afterwards.

We have also planned social programme combined with the welcome dinner, during which all participants will compete in small international teams at International Pub Quiz – contest concerning the general knowledge of the world as well as Poland’s history and culture.

Throughout the week, besides participating in intense project workshops, all DIGIPASSers will have the opportunity to get to know the charms of the city of Krakow.
